I’m admitting something to you about my breakfast this morning..yes, I ate all of this and I feel no shame..I was excited when I chopped up the bananas ready for this morning’s decadence!!
It looks very naughty but it’s actually tremendously healthy! One of my boys loves it!
Here’s the recipe:
2 frozen bananas
2 handfuls of frozen kale
1 cup and an extra splash of coconut water
4-5 fresh mint leaves
Cacao nibs for crunch!
Add half a cup of coconut water to start and keep adding to get the blender moving.
