Breakfast Jar

So this morning we wanted to head to the beach as it’s so hot here in Auckland. I thought it would be a good idea to have breakfast on the way.

Just grab a jar and add some fun things:

The bottom layer is gluten free muesli

Layer two is an avocado blended with the juice of a lemon with 2tsp of coconut nectar..(any natural sweetener will do)

Layer three is popped millet..you can get this in health food stores

Layer four is some coconut yogurt mixed with blitzed blueberries

Layer five is fresh pineapple blended with a tsp of chia seeds

Then just add fresh fruit of your choice. I added blueberries and cherries with some cacao nibs…

Stick a lid on it, grab a spoon and off you go!
