Being gluten free means that I miss bread. I don’t mean packet white bread but the amazing variety of breads from other cultures.

Here’s a really easy, quick recipe for a salad delivery system that will be one you will make over and over again.

1 cup chickpea flour

2tbsp tapioca flour

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp Himalayan salt

100ml water

1 tbsp good quality olive oil

Mix the ingredients by hand and split into 6 balls which makes 6 hand size chapatis

Roll them on a floured surface

Heat a skillet to a high heat on the stove without oil and pop a flattened ball in..

Flip over when one side is done..N.B if the pan isn’t hot enough it will take longer..
