This morning before I took the kids for a swim I put 1/3 cup of white chia seeds into this jar and added 1 & 1/4 cups of coconut milk. I stirred it up well and left it on the bench for 10 minutes then stirred it well again and put it in the fridge.
When I got back it was solid.
I blended a punnet of strawberries with 1 tbsp of maple syrup and voila!!
Throw a few cherries on top, or any fruit you have handy and some cacao nibs…YUM!
