Dairy-Free Coconut Oil Coffee

Coffee Creamer

I’m sure you’ve heard about the benefits of coconut oil, but how do you manage to get a it into your diet?

This is a good way, especially if you are dairy intolerant like me.

 

Mix in a jar:

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste

1 tsp coconut nectar

1/2 tsp raw cacao powder

It makes 1/4 cup and I use 2 tbsp in my cup of coffee. Store the rest with the lid on for later.
