Kidney Bean Brownies

Great idea to get beans into the kids without a battle! 

I love healthy lunchbox ideas like this.

245g cooked kidney beans – I don’t use canned anything so these need to be soaked then simmered until cooked.

1/2 cup raw cacao powder

1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)

1/3 cup pecans

1/3 cup coconut sugar 

1/8 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla paste

2 eggs or 2 flax eggs for a vegan version

Pinch salt
Mix this in a food processor. You may need to add a little more water but add it by the tsp..
Spread out in a small baking pan and bake at 170C for around 30 minutes
