Juice for Dinner

Tonight I had a Futsal match. I like to turn up hydrated and not feeling full from eating so I tend to make myself a really delicious juice instead. This is my favourite juice..It’s a great meal replacementšŸ˜Š

1/4 fresh pineapple

1 whole tangerine peeled

2 cups coconut water

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Blend .. I’m adding more and more cayenne as I love the bite!!
