I have an extremely fussy eater. This is my way to get nutrients into him. Smoothie drinking in the morning is non-negotiable. Add as much spirulina to this as you can get away with. Start with 1 tsp and build up.
Since its cough and cold season here in NZ I’m using a lot of pineapple since it contains bromelain. This is an anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial agent and the fruit is also packed with vit C.
- 1 whole pineapple
- 2 bananas
- 2 scoops Amazonia Raw Protein
- 1 heaping tbsp unhulled tahini
- 1 large handful purple kale
