Nothing better than cold almond milk waiting in the fridge for tomorrow’s smoothie.
Here’s a simple recipe.
- Soak 1 cup of raw almonds for 12 hours
- Rinse, then add the almonds plus 3 cups of water in a blender
- Pour the mix through a muslin or nut bag
- Rinse the blender then add the strained milk back in
- Add 1 tsp vanilla essence or paste
- Add 2 tbsp date paste
- Add 1 pinch of Himslayan salt
Blend again and store in the fridge for 2-3 days
