I’m in need of a vit C boost. This morning I was craving pineapple. This smoothie is one we have often as the pineapple disguises the huge handful of spinach I’ve put in there! 

There is no need to add any form of sugar as its sweet enough, plus you can add protein powder to help sustain kids until morning tea. My son who has ARFID drinks this happily. I have to leave the room whilst he drinks it as I smile too much!

Serves 4 

  • 2 ripe bananas 
  • 1 whole pineapple
  • 1 satsuma or small orange
  • 2 scoops Anazonia Raw protein powder
  • 1 huge handful of fresh spinach
  • Water
