My kids won’t eat chia pudding. They don’t like the texture. Here’s how I sneak it in!
I made a chocolate chia pudding overnight by adding 4 tbsp chia seeds to 2 cups of cashew nut milk. I added 2 tsp cacao and 1 tbsp maple syrup and let it set in the fridge. Make sure you stir it an hour after it goes into the fridge so the seeds don’t settle at the bottom.
In the morning I added this to 2 ripe bananas and a handful of baby spinach.
Top up with water and blend into a super smoothie! There’s enough for 4.
