Peanut Butter Sesame Crunch

Oh sometimes you make something and just know that it will be made again and again..and again! 

This takes 5 minutes to make and then you just have to wait until it’s solid to eat it. I’m happy for the kids to snack on this as it has great ingredients. 


  • 6 tbsp any nut butter
  • 4 tbsp coconutoil-solid 
  • 4 tbsp date paste
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • Pinch of Himalayan Salt


  1. Melt the ingredients in a pan on a very low heat. 
  2. Pour into a silicone baking tin to set.
  3. Put it in the freezer for an hour or so. 
  4. Cut and eat!
