Want your kids to eat more veggies? I have to be honest, one of mine will not eat green things. It’s common with ARFID. Don’t beat yourself up. Keep offering the food on a plate at mealtimes, but also make sure they are eating plenty of greens by disguising them until they accept them readily. Plant fibre is absolutely key to a healthy gut community.

- 3 tsp cacao powder
- 2 very ripe bananas
- 2 tbsp date paste
- 1 whole courgette
