Peanut Butter Chocolate Avocado

This is a truly rich and delicious smoothie. The kids love it and it has a whole avocado in there so it makes me happy when I see them drinking it for breakfast. 


Cacao has lots of antioxidants, plus magnesium, zinc, iron, copper and all of the B vits bar B12. It’s got vitamin E too for the skin. 

Add the heart healthy fatty acids and potassium content of avocado and this smoothie is a winner! 

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp flax
  • 100g date paste
  • 2 tbsp cacao or more if you can handle it
  • Water

Blend!
