I love peanut butter with a passion! It can satisfy my sweet tooth and stop me eating bad things, so I always have it on hand. 

It makes a great instant plant based milk when you don’t have any. Just add a few tablespoons to some water and hey presto!

I used Pic’s crunchy peanut butter to make my steel cut oat porridge this morning. I used 1 cup of oats to 3 cups of the peanut butter milk and simmered it gently until the oats were soft. This took around 25 minutes. 

Meanwhile I halved a few plums and poured a little maple syrup on them with a tsp of ground cinnamon. I stewed this down gently whilst I cooked the porridge. Yum!
